Currently, VUS-ETSC has over 30,000 the students enrolled at 10 campuses located throughout Ho Chi Minh City. Being in continuous development and expansion, we are looking for zealous and experienced candidates for some crucial positions.

Admission and Student Affairs Officer

The primary duties of this role include:

• Deliver counseling in a professional manner, with an appropriate client case load
• Oversee enrollment process
• Manage student records and the customer databases
• Answer telephone and in-person enquiries from clients ensuring high quality customer care
• General administrative duties

Job Requirement:

• Age: 21-28, good appearance
• University/ College graduate, English major and Hospitality major is preferred
• At least one year working experience
• Functional English and computer usage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Shift working (p.m.).
