Presentation of the Cambridge Flyers certificates to 405 students (24-10-2008)

On 10 September, 2006, the Cambridge Flyers Award Ceremony has been solemly organized by Vietnam USA Society English Training Service Center at the Ho Chi Minh City’s Opera House. Mr Pham Tan Nghia, President and CEO of VUS and Mr Tim Banks, Deputy Manager of British Council Training Center on behalf of Cambridge ESOL, have participated in the ceremony.
405 students receiving the Cambridge Flyers certificate in this ceremony have successfully completed the Superkids program for young learner students aged 6 – 12 years old at VUS. The Superkids program comprises of Starters, Movers and Flyers levels and provides students with a solid background of English since the beginning of their language learning process. Students develop their listening-speaking-reading-writing skills with native English speaking teachers and Vietnamese teaching assistant. According to the statistics released by the British Council, VUS students score 30% higher on average than their counterparts in the Asian region.
