Scholarships for attendees at information day (13-03-2010)

Over the 12th and 13th of March, 2010, VUS held the Integration Scholarship In-formation Day at the International University. The gathering offered opportunities for students to exchange and learn more about the program.

The information day attracted the attention and participation of many students at the International University and other nearby schools under the National Univer-sity of Ho Chi Minh (Thu Duc). At the gathering, students found useful advice and learned more about the integration scholarship programs at VUS. Many students couldn’t hide their excitement when they were introduced to the professional Eng-lish programs at VUS.

Nguyen Thu Hien, a freshman from the International University shared: "This is good news for all students like us. The fact that a VUS campus is located at the In-ternational University helps students join English courses here more conveniently in the evening. Most significantly, students have the opportunity to study quality English programs at moderate tuition fees. I am very grateful to VUS for their con-cerns about our learning.”

Attendees of information day had a chance to register for free placement tests and had an opportunity to win one of five full scholarships for English studies at VUS. Five lucky students were chosen in a draw for the Scholarship at 5:30pm on March 17, 2010 witnessed by the VUS Board of Directors and students.
