Parents who participated in this festival were able to hear about many experiences at the seminar ‘How to help your child with English pronunciation’ held by teachers from the Specialist Department. The content of the seminar was very practical and fascinating. Dr. Stephen Thomas presented realistic situations as examples to the parents of teenage learners in order to help them understand the mistakes which their children often made so they could know how to assist their children more in learning English. The helpful knowledge of the seminar helped parents update and visualize the big picture in their thinking. The seminar also served to soothe parents’ doubts by answering their questions about how to get their children to speak English at a high level.
