358 Young Learners receive VUS - Movers certificates (26-07-2010)

On August 1, 2010, at the Grand Theatre, the Vietnam-USA Society English Centers (VUS) will hold a ceremony to award certificates to 358 Movers young learners.

The VUS-Movers certification program is designated to children completing the Superkids program (aged 8 to 10). Not only does the program help young learners acquire good language skills but also train them to be more confident. They are trained to complete four skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing by studying directly with native teachers. The curriculum for the children builds a solid foundation as soon as they are exposed to English and prepares them to integrate into the international educational environment. Research shows that children who have good academic results, especially those with excellent foreign language skills, often feel more confident than other children the same age. Therefore, English proficiency offers big opportunities for children’s future achievements.

According to the survey, in the Cambridge International certification exams, scores of VUS young learners are 30% higher than their peers in Asia.
